In the front courtyard the mosaic murals tell the story of the old Hospital de la Santa Creu in El Raval district, which was replaced by this hospital. Enter the courtyard and you will see a range of pavilions housing the distinct services of a modern hospital. Whilst the administrators must battle to accommodate modern facilities in century old buildings, those who visit will be pleased they continue to do so.
